It is our great pleasure to announce the Call for Sponsors for the 20th International Society for Music Information Retrieval (ISMIR) Conference which will take place in Delft, The Netherlands from November 4-8, 2019.
The annual ISMIR conference is the world’s leading interdisciplinary forum on accessing, analyzing, and organizing music, and embraces the complexity and diversity of music by showcasing ideas and applications that enhance the human experience of music. This conference aims to foster dialogue across disciplines by bringing together researchers, developers, educators, librarians, students, and professionals.
Generally, we want to emphasize to potential interested sponsors that our ambition is to make ISMIR 2019 the most diverse and inclusive ISMIR in history, with special attention to the young generation, and people who would otherwise be unable to engage with the community. For this reason, we pushed down student registration rates, extended the early registration timeline, but also greatly expanded the intended scope of our financial support program. The more support we will get from our sponsors, the more participants we will manage to support through our grants program.

Women in MIR (WiMIR) Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsors are encouraged to support a diverse and inclusive MIR community by contributing to WiMIR. These funds go primarily to travel awards. Other initiatives are welcomed. WiMIR sponsorship offers the following benefits:
