All accepted regular papers at ISMIR will have both a plenary oral presentation, accompanied by a poster presentation.
To further highlight the work at ISMIR, also towards external audiences that may visit the public keynotes in the late afternoons, all posters will be exhibited during all days of the conference on the floors leading up to the Auditorium entrance.
Therefore, all authors are requested to have their poster ready and on display no later than Tuesday morning, November 5, 8.30 h. Authors are only officially requested to be present at their posters during their designated poster sessions though.
Poster boards are 200 cm (height) x 90 cm (width) each, meaning that A0 portrait posters are the largest formats that can be accommodated.
For printing, it is possible to have your poster printed in Delft, for example at the Copie-Sjop near Delft station.
